コミュニケーションって難しい！
Hirokoです。
前回のNaoさんの話、鍋っていいですよね。
我が家は冬至でもないのに、ここ最近は柚子湯続きです。
毎晩、柚子をいじめる（でも必ず一撃で倒される）怪獣役の母なのです。
さて、SOHO勤務になってからのコミュニケーションですが．．．。
私に限って言えば、仕事上は改善の余地「大」です。
（いえいえ、今の上司や同僚と仲が悪い訳じゃなくてね）
「Hirokoさんに何を頼めるのかがわからない」
まず驚いたのが、今の上司のこの言葉でした。
従来の事務所勤務ではなかった事なので、正直戸惑いました。
また上司と何度か話し合ってつくづく感じたのは、
「SOHO勤務自体がまだ始まったばかりで、うまく機能しきれてない」
という事です。会社も、上司も、私も、含めてです。
そこで、まずは自分からこまめにコンタクトを取るようにしました。
メール・電話・出社の際等での「報告・連絡・相談」の徹底です。
＜実例として＞
・自分の業務スキルを書き出して上司へ周知（何ができるか等を明確に）
・今どのような仕事があり、その量やいつ頃完了するか（させられるか）
・納期に間に合うか（間に合わなければヘルプの要請）
・完了目処がつき次第、完了予告＋次の仕事の受取準備
（なるべく空いた時間を作らない為）
私は支援担当（＝依頼により業務発生）なので、今はこんな感じです。
また他のSOHO勤務の同僚も、皆それぞれ悩んでいると聞いてます。
できれば今後そういった話も紹介したいので、コメントこないかな～。
．．．さて、話は変わって、
前回のブログ「これが困る」で、その後いくつかアドバイスを頂きました。
（頂いた皆様、ありがとうございました）
ですがセキュリティ面や費用対効果等で考えると、なかなか難しいようです。
スタッフの皆様、SOHO勤務者限定でこっそり優遇しません？ふふふ。

SOHOって内職に近いですね。昔 母がやってました。
業務委託的なところもあり、なんとなく「契約社会の先取り」って感じがします。
自宅で勤務できる人が増えていくと、日本の労働力問題（2008年問題）も多少は緩和できるかもしれませんね。
柚子湯かぁ... その辺の木からパクってきた？
確かに現状だと「（自分で考えて行動する）業務委託」っぽい部分もありますね。
また職種等により違うと思いますが、SOHO勤務は何であれスキルが必要だとつくづく感じました。
私自身、自分の能力を客観的に見つめ直したところ．．．まだまだ未熟者なの．．．。
あと柚子ですが、残念ながら近くにも実家にも柚子の木がないんですよ。
なので近所のスーパー等で買ってます。（もしmiuraさん宅にあるなら、ぜひ送ってくださ～い！）
実は前回のブログの後、在庫切れだったり、あっても値上がりしてて、なかなか手が出ません。
八百屋さんいわく「白菜漬ける人がたくさん買ってくからね～」だそうです。
